Do your products have a warranty?
Yes! All LAU products are covered by a 720-day (2-year) manufacturer's warranty . If any defects occur with the product or its materials, we will provide free repair or replacement.
What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made from high-quality imitation leather and durable lining materials. Special stitching techniques are used to increase durability.
Where are your products manufactured?
LAU bags are manufactured in a dedicated, state-of-the-art workshop in Istanbul. R&D and design work for the products is conducted in our Izmir-based office.
How should bags be maintained?
You can easily clean your bag by lightly dampening the soft cleaning cloth that LAU provides as a gift with the cleaning lotion included in the box. Avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight and avoiding chemical cleaners will extend the life of the product.
